Managed offshore attrition and quality stabilization project· Project managed offshore vendor transition project for 12 month period, through the preparation, recruitment, cross training phase, parallel run and steady state. Spent on average 4 weeks per year in India for relationship and training purposes during this period· Key contributor to the internal ledger system migration project working with technology and Securities team, advisor on reconciliations based design and system testing· Led a taskforce team made up of 11 onshore headcount to perform backlog cleanup project for a period of 6 months

CASH CONTROL & PROCESS IMPROVEMENT MANAGER · Line manager of 13 offshore and 1 onshore team members, responsible for Cash Payments, SBL Billing & interest claims· Responsible for coordination of process improvement projects across EMEA settlements team· Project managed new offshoring initiatives, transitioned multiple processes to offshore vendor· Lead on multiple cost saving projects, including cash management balance optimization initiative and tri party agent fees analysis. Combined savings of both projects of c.$100k· SBL billing team achieved #1 in ISF industry survey

SBL SETTLEMENTS & CONTROLS · Joined UBS Graduate training program. Responsible for Nostro reconciliations for cross products including FX in exotic currencies. Involved in clean up post system migration· Second rotation in SBL team responsible for vanilla market settlement· 2008 became the Team leader of SBL controls team covering depot, Nostro, intersystem and contract compare break reconciliations with 2 team members· Developed macros for reporting and reduced risk exposure by focusing on solving root cause of system or process flow related issues
