As the founder of Lucy Peach Pty Ltd, I collaborate with schools, communities, sports institutions, businesses, and individuals to educate and empower through the untapped power of the menstrual cycle.Over the past two decades, I've dedicated myself to studying human biology, women's health & wellbeing, menstrual education and leadership. I hold a Bachelor of Science in human biology and biomedicine with honors in medicine, as well as a graduate diploma of education in human biology.Known as the 'Period Queen,' I am a performer, author, menstrual coach, and educator who has long championed the power of the menstrual cycle. I advocate for inclusivity, self-love, and positive body literacy, having educated and empowered thousands through theatre performances, workshops, public speaking engagements and my book, 'Period Queen'. Using science, stories, and songs, my mission is to transform the narrative around menstruation in our culture from one of shame to one of pride.On stage, I engage audiences with performances that delve into the emotional landscape of the menstrual cycle, promoting body positivity and understanding. With a background in sexual health education, I am adept at approaching sensitive topics with care, understanding, and inclusivity. As a facilitator, I create safe and welcoming spaces for personal growth. Additionally, I deliver workshops for corporate audiences, including Apple, Water Corporation, and The West Coast Eagles, as well as schools and individuals, aiming to optimise the understanding of menstrual cycles and contribute to creating a more equitable world. Through my work, I strive to inspire change, foster meaningful discussions, and promote menstrual health awareness, inclusivity, and gender equity.My theatre show 'My Greatest Period Ever' has been touring Australia to sold out audiences since 2016 and won the Martin Sims Fringe World 2017 Award (Best of Fringe).
