Pilates is a fitness methodology that promotes powering up your body with safe and efficient exercise. Using principles of core control and coordination, breathwork and flow, I personalise Pilates sessions for you that will make a difference to both your mental and physical health. As a Tai Chi and Yoga instructor additionally I will incorporate somatic principles into our sessions too.You may know me from my previous business One Grove which I founded and developed into Cheltenham's premier Pilates studios alongside a team of great instructors. Having sold this on to the team in 2022, I now exclusively work on a private basis.
