Work to support educators in the TTP mission of amplifying voices for truth telling and reparations

repWorks is a think/do tank, a laboratory, a resource, and an enthusiastic node of the contemporary reparationist hive mind. We support leaders and organizations in their journey toward healing and repair. We have witnessed time and time again how embracing reparationist thought and action can unbind blocked energy in systems and release people to consider their own treasures (material, spiritual, and embodied) as resources for deeper change. Together with our clients and collaborators, we explore how, right now, with our own resources and initiative, we each hold the power to move toward Beloved community.

• Created, facilitated, and promoted popular (thousands of participants) e-courses and webinars including "Changing Systems, Changing Ourselves: Principled Accompaniment for Immigrant Allies," "Bystander Intervention," and "Sanctuary Everywhere" series of webinars.• Lead facilitator and project manager of Radical Acting in Faith for White People e-course in 2020 with 1200 registrants (with 700-800 consistent attendance) for this four session e-course teaching embodied anti-racist practice.• Led with four other organizers AFSC's Love knows no borders action in 2018, which was named best protest of that year by Nation Magazine.• Led with three other organizations a coalition to establish the Quakers Uprooting Racism community of practice project, a 10-month learning community working to accelerate racial justice among Friends.• Served as lead organizer of annual conference of Quakers for AFSC which included plenary speakers, 5 workshops, and other small events during this 3-day conference. 98% of participants rated sessions as excellent or very good.• Lead organizer for Repairers of the Breach revival with Rev. William Barber and team during Democratic National Convention, 2016.• Presented as plenary speaker at numerous Quaker and faith based gatherings including Walton lecture in Florida and Weed lecture in Boston.• Led in person workshops on principled accompaniment, abolition, spiritual storytelling, interrupting racism, bystander intervention, and other topics regularly.• Published in journals consistently including Yes! magazine, Mondoweiss, Common Dreams, Truthout, Quaker Religious Thought, and Friends Journal.• Wrote for, published, and served as editor for AFSC's first blog, Acting in Faith with over 800,000 page views.

• Led strategic planning process which brought key projects into fruition including Quaker congregational micro-site function.• Directed successful re-branding project for organization including new logo, graphic identity and tagline.• Managed projects to bring several books into publication including Fit for Freedom, not for Friendship: Quakers, African Americans and the Myth of Racial Justice and Spirit Rising: Young Quaker Voices.• Conducted implementation of centralized CRM solution, SalesForce for whole organization.• Co-edited FGC's newsletter, FGConnections.• Planned and directed FGC's social media platforms.Bookstore Manager• Managed $400,000 budget for this mail order and web-based bookstore which included an in person conference store that netted $100,000 each year.• Established and managed a very popular Author Events series at the FGC Gathering.• Wrote and organized an annual paper bookstore catalog.• Developed and wrote a bi-monthly eNewsletter and blog, Book Musings, with an average 25% open rate.• Updated ERP infrastructure to include inventory management and e-commerce

• Managed and supervised all day-to-day operations of this multicultural children's bookstore.• Wrote and designed a monthly newsletter, Monkey Tales.• Recruited, hired, and trained store personnel, establishing key internal functions and workflows for the store.• Organized a full events calendar, including story times, storytelling and book signings.• Promoted and ran an extensive book fair business.• Developed strong relationships with local newspapers and television stations, which resulted in regular promotional features.• Produced and co-hosted weekly storytelling radio show, Storytelling Tapestry, on KIOS-FM and syndicated on Nebraska Public Radio.
