To support the delivery of the business plan by driving commercial performance through the induction, training & development of the restaurant, management & operations teams. Achievements:* Design, introduction & embedding of a new induction programme across each restaurant level.* Design, delivery & management of an award winning Head Chef Academy, supporting Zizzi to achieve its strategic intent of increasing covers growth, significantly reducing Head Chef turnover & showing positive improvement on food related complaints. * Introduction & implementation of level 2 & level 4 apprenticeship programmes for junior chefs & managers. * Design of an extensive toolkit for use by the restaurant teams to deliver excelling service to customers.Responsibilities:* Motivating teams through the design & delivery of inspirational business building training events & workshops.* Giving new management recruits the best experience by training, managing & developing the top restaurant managers to deliver excellent inductions producing passionate & skilled leaders.* Keeping the restaurant teams at the top of their game with the design of new initiatives & providing continuous improvement of existing learning support at each level following the 70/20/10 model. * Training, calibration & motivation of a team of GM Trainers.* Delivery of inspiring new product training & materials to the operations & management teams.* Management of external suppliers including e-learning, apprenticeship providers, design and training consultants.* Managing the training calendar, attendance tracking & monitoring effectiveness through questionnaires & skills assessments. * Control of the e-learning portal. * Building strong relationships with, influencing & managing key stakeholders across all levels of the business. * Playing a key role in supporting new openings & refurbishments.* Supporting the performance of restaurants by providing ad hoc interventions, feedback & coaching.
