Organising internal Roadshows, Conferences and seminars for MRI Software from conception to completion. These events range from small Roadshows for approximately 20 people to our annual Conference which is attended by our customer base as well as staff, Qube Connect Partners and professional bodies. Creating the floor plans for Partners and ensuring all the information is received by them for inclusion in the Conference showguide and other logistical requirements from them. Activities for this include sourcing the ideal venues, negotiating the most acceptable delegate rates, arranging our AV requirements which in some cases can be complex. All of the above requires strong planning and project management skills.I also make all the necessary arrangements for the exhibitions/conference where we attend as sponsors. Ensuring that everything we need for the exhibition is ready for the event and informing our attendees of their responsibilities. I have built first class relationships with our Partners, colleagues and Industry experts.
