I coordinated and managed the Hilsman Laptop Project- a 1:1 computing project run by the Georgia DOE in cooperation with Clarke County School District. This involved collaborating with district curriculum leaders, classroom teachers, the technology department and community and state stakeholders. This project was recognized as the most successful implementation of the 1:1 laptop pilot project and resulted in recognition throughout the state and at national conferences for student achievement and participation. We were one of the first pilots of comprehensive learning platform initiative and transitioned the county to become a fully equipped, 21st Century learning environment.
