Working closely with user departments so as ensure timely requisition of their departmental materials to prompt smooth business flow. Ensuring that suppliers deliver materials and services in compliance to the price, time, quantity and quality agreed upon through supply contracts or purchase orders. Ensuring that all contracts that are approved are legally and financially sound and offers the value for spend. Maintain a contracts log and ensure timely renewal of the contracts, Performing spend analysis which is used to provide insights in making continuous improvements.

I also handled all travel and accommodation requests for the company's top management as well as any guests of the company.
