Instrumental in doubling Lazada Thailand sales market share in critical categories such as diapers (8%) and infant milk (10%) and and achieved annual sales of $490 million (30% YoY). Introduced pioneering O2O initiatives, such as partnerships with hospitals and Milk Guarantee programs, resulting in a 2x increase in sales.
