Bachelor in Marketing/Business Administration from Lewis University in Chicago, I have been working for more than 20 years with non-profit organizations, government, private companies and communities as Executive Director and Project Manager. All programs and projects has been thru national and international partnership (grants or contracts) in areas such sustainability, health, water, recycle, energy, solid waste, carbon compensation, animal protection, tourism, fishing, social technologies, rural development and food security. I also have a large experience working (administrative and Financially) in all programs and projects phases such as planning, implementing, monitoring, budgeting, accountability, fundraising, grants and contracts. Through the projects, I received 4 national awards, published a book and participated in several other. As a Startup Founder, my goal was to develop a Corporate Social Responsibility plan/program for local business and as Executive Director, I worked on the implementation of a public-private partnerships for the Brazilian, American, British and African governments.
