At Brittocharette I am managing Architectural/Design Draft for projects from conceptual design process to construction documents through innovative design ideas, product quality control and approval process. Worked on construction documentation including custom cabinetry and furniture drawings and ensured quality control until its completion. I also assist in the construction coordination with general contractor and go out to the site and inspect quality of installations. These projects include luxury residential as well as high end restaurants. Various projects have been in publications, such as Florida Design Magazine.

My job responsibilities are to going to field and see condition of opening for the proposed door and relay size need for the production of doors, draw details and oversee shop drawings, coordinate installation, purchase any materials needed, have door delivered to local sites, meet with team in claims prevention meeting (this is to correct defective doors in the manufacturing process), oversee the finish of door & meet with team to inform on status when doors are ready for delivery and installation.

Joined JBC Electric Corp. (electrical contractors) to assist with all development of projects from meeting with clients to the get C.O. I would review permit plan, bid out jobs, take notes for any special condition. I collaborated meeting with building officials, FPL executives, general contractors in order to get the required permits from municipalities. Also requested and meet with field inspector on job site. Take note of any requirement requested inspectors. I would also generate material list, punch list, change orders, etc.

In 2003 joined Alberto Bernal and Associates as Architectural Draft Technician to coordinated all aspects of the project including conceptual design process, construction documentation, permitting process and construction administration to ensure quality control until its completion. Coordinated all specifications and materials of the construction documents according to Florida Building Code, including landscaping, M.E.P., and structural of luxury residential single home projects. Presented the entire project on the building departments such as H.R.S., Coral Gables, Pinecrest, and Dade County.

Arranged all specifications and materials of the construction documents according to Florida Building Code, including landscaping, M.E.P., and structural of residential single home projects. Walked permit drawings thru the building departments of the Miami, Miami Dade County, Coral gables.
