I am working with the Industrial sector primarily. Furthermore, I’m performing appraisals concurrently for the private sector and helping with some of the development of the public sector as well. Nevertheless, I’ll be working within the three different lines. Moreover, I’ll help with training/development of junior staff and continue appraising different occupancies. Also keep performing M&E capital assets and assets below capitalization too.

I am responsible for taking accurate inventory in the field then converting and evaluating the information; which is processed to provide an accurate fixed assets and capital assets ledger for reconciliation, depreciation, and replacement cost. Furthermore; I also conducted commercial building appraisals for the public sector that includes: municipalities, hospitals, universities, community colleges, school districts, water reservoirs, waste water treatment plants, electric substations, land improvements and land parcels as part of larger building appraisals for insurance placement and/or cost of replacement.

Greater Los Angeles Area

My responsibilities include field data collection, data processing, valuation, data review, project management and report compilation. I am fully versed in the appraisal and valuation of buildings, machinery and equipment and site improvements and I have provided valuation services on a broad variety of properties (including historical properties, wastewater and water treatment facilities, commercial & governmental properties, water and wastewater treatment plants) to assist clients with their insurance and financial reporting needs.

I worked for the Program Evaluation and Research Branch (PERB). Here We conducted all the research before the educational programs were implemented district wide. I participated in the Language Learner and History research projects. I had to conduct teachers, principals, literacy coaches and parents interviews; students observations in class and evaluation in the form of a test for students and teachers at the workshops.
