I am working with Archer Western-De Moya in Miami on the I-395 Signature Bridge. I have taken on a new role as a General Superintendent and will oversee all aspects of the I-395 bridges. I will be assisting with the day-to-day activities from our self-perform crews and subcontractors which allows me the opportunity to plan, schedule, and organize our employees, ensuring the adherence to safety, compliance, and building bridges to the highest level of satisfaction.

I as Superintendent, am responsible for the completion of all phases of the project. My duties include the review of plans, scheduling of work, tracking of job costs, managing daily field operations and coordinating with the owner’s engineers. I will also be responsible for on-site safety management, subcontractor coordination and the supervision of all construction work, ensuring it is completed to the owner’s satisfaction.
