In my few years of working in a manufacturing company, I have managed to learn a lot. But mainly understanding on what it takes to organize and manage a company, if it’s either keeping the finances under control or always being on schedule for the shipments or making sure we follow all protocols. But of course I still have lots to learn and am willing to do what it takes to be more of a professional.
