CurrentConfiguring switches and routers to grant users, and printers access within the NMCI network. Aiding both local and remote sites by managing port configurations, implementing security measures like 802.1x and MAB protocols and troubleshooting network connectivity issues. Adapting VLAN setups to accommodate NMCI network users, developers, and printers as needed.Managing the installation and removal of diverse network hardware, encompassing switches, routers, wireless access points, patch panels, and peripheral devices. Sanitizing the old network devices that we remove and preparing them to be shipped back. Handling the patching of switches and routers for copper and fiber connections, while ensuring meticulous cable organization.Resolving issues concerning end-user network connectivity from wall jacks to fiber patch panels. Ensuring optimal fiber performance by maintaining ideal optical signal levels for swift transmission to the distribution router, and conducting maintenance activities like cleaning or replacing fiber cables whenever necessary.
