Manager - Network Ops Performance
Current• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors to increase operational and personnel performance• Ensure team maintains data accuracy and maintains other dispatch support functions as other departments use the core information from our team to make strategic decisions• Lead daily operations of the supervisor team, through cross-departmental collaborative communication, conduct root cause analysis and develop real-time tactical planning and support during regular and irregular operations, and serve as an escalation point for real-time operational needs of the team• Proactively lead our team to find and create opportunities for station readiness, update departmental policy and procedures, improve diversion handing and recovery with a goal of ensuring operational success and meeting customer needs• Navigate a stressful, fast-paced, real-time, and multi-issue environment by communicating and identifying key operational needs and risks• Establish, develop and maintain relationships with key partners from the network operation center, airport operations, vendors and other teams • Support network and airport operations teams ensuring station readiness, awareness of operational needs, irregular operations planning and create support initiatives to drive operational performance through collaborative decision-making, strategic planning and irregular operations management• Provide consistent and ongoing communication of operational updates between support stations, service partners, external agencies, department directors, and the network operation center• Conduct in-person station visits to develop relationships with local teams and increase proactiveness in ensuring diversions capabilities and efficiencies are maximized while retaining information on station restriction(s) for future strategic operational planning with an aim to limit operational impact
