I am a Client Specialist within Alight’s Orlando Health and Welfare Solutions office. I primarily responsible for providing day-to-day client support. As a Client Specialist, I develops Alight’s proprietary system for new client project based upon complete plan rules. I demonstrate quality assurance fundamentals by executing test plans to ensure client plan rules meet systematic specifications. I problem solve systematic issues by analyzing Alight’s system to determine gaps in functionality as compared to client plan rules to arrive at the true root cause of an issue.

While working at Papaya Clothing, I implemented a new system of daily quality checks of the store’s products and services by working with fellow sales associates, which encouraged a collaborative culture I also was in charge of assisting customers using the highest standards of customer service to encourage a welcoming environment. Lastly, I had the task of administering $1,000 daily in cash, check and credit card transactions in accordance with Papaya’s established procedures.

As a student assistant, I was in charge of entering new personnel information, such as contact and college information, in the school’s database to make the payroll process be more efficient. I also had to use my organizational skills to create files for new personnel, and alphabetized and arranged them in the corresponding filing for easier and faster access to their absence forms. I also had to photocopy important documents and Identification cards for the employees’ records to have them on hand. Using my knowledge of Excel, I was in charge of finding the invoice and vendor numbers to ensure the payment was made.
