I currently work with a distributed team to deliver telephony features as part of Azure Communication Services. My main duties include developing APIs for public consumption using ASP.NET, service monitoring and on-call support, contributing to public open-source SDKs in C#, Java, Python and TypeScript, and implementing automated tests and validations.

I used technologies such as Java, Angular, DynamoDB and SQL Server to deliver web solutions deployed with AWS infrastructure to allow customers in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries to manage their lab instrument fleet, streamline workflows related to instrument maintenance and repairs, and monitor the utilization for each individual asset.

During my internship, I developed an internal system for monitoring and reporting production floor activities using .NET Framework, WPF, SQL Server and PowerBI. This solution allowed for concurrent access by multiple users, provided near real time performance metrics and KPIs, and served as a single source of truth for any production related metric.
