Luis is a first generation college graduate of Latino descent, born and raised in Paterson, New Jersey. He graduated from the School of Engineering at Rutgers University - New Brunswick, where he pursued a degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering. At Rutgers, he is actively involved in his community through student organizations and community service initiatives. Luis is known for his ability to lead and hunger to continue improving himself. Luis values integrity, hard work, respect and discipline. He strives to maintain these values every day while pushing to be the best version of himself. Luis prefers to work in environments where he can apply lean thinking to drive innovative solutions. Problem solving, critical thinking, and passion in the workplace would be the ideal situation. Luis is very adaptable and is always a team player. He is comfortable handling different projects at once, having confidence in his time management and organizational skills.
