Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Product Operations, I led the team that delivered platform hardware solutions. During a period of 15 months I managed 3 platform introductions and 12 line cards. I represented Product Operations in multiple cross-functional teams to improve processes to achieve much quicker time to market. Accomplishments include: Negotiated improved cycle time with suppliers of 3 day PCBA build and 7 days PCB build of highly complex boards  Introduced new concepts on NPI processes, including Agile Implementation in hardware products  Built trust with the Hardware team, Supply Chain, and internal customers. On a weekly basis I prepared and presented to Program Management teams and at Executive Review Meetings Led the team deciding on alternate suppliers, the timing of the introduction of new suppliers to drive cost optimization and risk reduction

★ Qualified, enabled and monitored outsourced production operations throughout China, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam to ensure compliance with Cisco standards of quality.★ Partnered with hardware, supply and component engineering to support the scheduled introduction of new products into offshore sites ensuring Time to Quality and Volume (TTQV).★ Secured business with new EMS suppliers to create new annual revenue in excess of $500MM.★ Audited outsourced production operations for both existing and prospective suppliers; created SLAs to govern supplier performance and improve the manufacturability of products.★ Created a process traceability system for implementation at EMS facilities, driving quicker failure analysis and fault correction.
