Current• Pega Knowledge - Strong knowledge of Pega Products and Benefits and positioned as an authority on Pega internal processes;• Trusted Advisor – Gain deep understanding and take responsibility for advocating client needs, own improvement plans, and maximize value of client relationships to drive innovation to establish a point of view to disrupt the status quo;• Client First – Takes active role to develop Client Success Plan, upskill clients on Pega Products and Best Practices, and probe the “questions behind the questions”;• Thought Leader – Advanced industry domain knowledge and ability to advise clients on future state to drive execution and a new way of doing business;• Communication / Collaboration – Deep understanding of client stakeholder matrix and multi-level leadership network. Expanded C-level engagements. Go-to person for client and integrated account team;• Stakeholder Management - Trusted advisor to drive value for clients and stakeholders. Ensure Partner resource staffing regarding client needs.
