Responsible for Structured Finance, Accounting & Taxes, Treasury and Investor Relations

Finance advisory on corporate finance matters, such as: debt structuring, M&A, investor relations and FP&A. Projects developed:• Financial advisory (treasury, FP&A and debt) for north american tech firm• Business due diligence in water & sewage concessionaires • M&A advisory in power plant auction• Fundraising for medical cannabis firm

- Águas do Rio is concessionaire responsible for water supply and sewage treatment in the Southern, Northern, Downtown Rio de Janeiro and 27 municipalities of the State of RJ. Won the CEDAE´s auction in Apr '21 and start of operations in Nov '21;- Direct participation in the engagement and initial negotiation of terms and conditions with development banks (BNDES, IDB, 6 multilateral agencies) and sector credit lines (Saneamento para Todos) aiming at the long-term financing of the grant (R$15 billion) and CAPEX program (R$24 billion throughout 35 years)- Responsible for structuring and hiring 40 people allocated in Treasury, Accounting and Administrative teams (Supplies, Logistics, Services and Fleet):

Support to the CFO in corporate finance-related matters:- Structured the 1st issue of debentures in the amount of R$700 million, sharing guarantees with BNDES, obtaining the first public rating and concluding the disbursement in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic;- Negotiated and implemented the standstill agreement with BNDES, suspending R$ 1.1 billion in principal and interest payments, with no increase in coupon or guarantees, providing cash relief and assuring company´s solvency;- Obtained a public issuer registration within the CVM, category A, and structured the IR department; - Economic and financial feasibility analysis of new projects, including thermal and solar power plants;- Led the renewal of property, casualties and D&O insurance policies with improvement in coverage.

Report to the CEO, planning and executing initiatives in Investor Relations and Participations teams, where the latter represented the portfolio of Light’s non-major shareholder stake in 7 entities: Renova Energia, Belo Monte HPP, Guanhães SHPP, Itaocara HPP, Paracambi SHPP, Axxiom Soluções Tecnológicas and Energia Olímpica. Conducted road shows (domestic and international) associated with bond issue and follow-on offer, as well as coordination of internal support documentation for theses deals.

Member appointed by Light S/A in the Board of Directors and Management Commitee.
