Responsible for running both areas, IT and Patient Safety Sales. As sales manager started up the division, with recruitment, processes definition and CRM System implementation. The team was composed by Customer Care Supervisor, Account Specialist ,Technical Support and salespeople who used to sell products from other divisions. Took the yearly sales from $2X to $6X buy adding 200 new customers. As project manager, had opportunity to show commitment and leverage fast growth, plan, build and implement of IT tools for the main processes in the company(attached). Had the chance to recruit a powerful IT team, capable of learning and using new technology platforms to boost the following main projects.The company doubled its revenue in this period.

Although the company already had a partnership with a technological supplier, it did not use to promote its wristbands in the healthcare market. As a seller, it was possible to find out the market needs for such a product. However it was essential to include a complete solution for customers, not only the product itself but also services and technical assistance. The main challenge was to develop a successful business model, once the customer did not want to invest to start the project.
