Change situations have included major corporate mergers, location openings and closures, workforce reductions, compensation changes, organizational restructuring, and more. (Change models include the four-step model of change, the ADKAR model, the Kubler-Ross Change Curve, and diffusion of innovations.)FACILITATION AND LEARNING- Supporting business teams with facilitation techniques to help them clarify purpose, nurture dialogue to find points of connection between stakeholders, and enable collaboration.
