Ensuring that necessary training is carried out – and the completion of monthly unit checks. - Ensuring compliance to the brand standards of Costa Coffee (Achieved 95.5% on an external audit)- Ensuring staff compliance to security procedures on site (Achieved 96.4% on an internal audit)- Ensuring that any new and existing staff members were correctly and legally enrolled on our system with the correct checks in place, ensuring that training was carried out and done within the expected time frames (Achieved 90% on an internal Human Resources Audit)- Effectively managed the labour within the constraints provided, and hit budgeted sales. - Development of staff, including training and guidance.
