• Leading the IQA processes including portfolio sampling, Standardisation meetings and observations while feeding back relevant information to staff.• Maintaining and running all aspects of the IQA process- ensuring IQA documentation is up to date and available, understood by any other IQAs and tutors/assessors and recorded and stored securely and confidentially.Mentoring staff on IQA qualification to ensure competency and completion of qualification within proposed timescale.-To evaluating occupational competence and professional qualifications of IQAs and tutors/assessors through risk assessments, adhering to the delivery model carrying out centre and portfolio audits specifically praising good practice and highlighting training needs.
