I worked in multiple different departments in Midmark as a Co-op before I started full time. I was in the Sustaining and Medical Operations group where I helped support production. I was able to troubleshoot problems and complete engineering change orders to implement these changes. I was also fortunate enough to be in the Strategy Execution Co-op role. I was also fortunate enough to be in the Strategy Execution Co-op role. In this role I helped with the implementation of Midmark's Objective and Key Results project which is how new projects are submitted to Executive teammates for review. I also helped support the implementation of the Midmark Improvement Process which set up new guidelines on how these projects were to pass through toll gates and be completed. This experience allowed me to see the more business side of engineering as well as work with executive to see how projects were approved. Show less
