I am a highly experienced leader in government, regulatory and stakeholder engagement and communications with over 25 years’ experience managing strategic-level engagement in organisations and major infrastructure projects. My focus is seeing projects and programs successfully get off the ground and developing engagement strategies and tools to help projects complete the journey through to delivery. I have worked across all aspects of major project lifecycles, from project conception, across planning and regulatory approvals stages and through to delivery and commissioning. Interests and specialties include fostering successful project governance, best practice engagement with project enablers and key stakeholders and advising high-level project and organisational leadership teams.With extensive mega-project experience, I have worked in senior roles within both private and public sectors and state and federal governments, including on natural resource related projects and programs in the water and energy industries as well as the transport and roads sector. With a deep understanding of role of project enablers including government agencies and regulatory bodies, my key focus in facilitating project delivery is navigating approvals and regulatory pathways, securing stakeholder and community support to facilitate social licence and community acceptance. I previously worked in a Government Minister’s office and am a subject matter expert in the machinery of government and high-level, collaborative relationship management with CEOs, project leadership teams and across agencies and high-level stakeholders.
