• Creation of a series of new and successful international b2b sport industry events (conferences, seminars & workshops) and maintaining growth of existing conference calendar.• Increasing the profit margins, and greatly improving the financial reporting on each project whilst keeping costs to a minimum and within projected budget. • Twice co-ordinating and editing of a collection of international sport sponsorship case studies into a book - Sponsorship Works 2010 & 2011. • Marketing planning and co-ordinating for all projects managed. • Development of a sponsorship training programme in printed and CD format.• International lead for the Malaysian Government initiative “The Sport Industry Year 2011/12” and related events in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. • Management of a conference in South Africa, during the 2010 FIFA World Cup, the first SportBusiness Group conference outside the UK.• Creation of TVSM:Live! the first event organised for the TV Sports Markets (TVSM) newsletter, in partnership with Eurosport in Paris in May 2012. • Product development for SportAccord and Interpol e-learning integrity tools. • Working across internal departments: sales, marketing, internet and design and managing the diverse priorities and targets of each.• Development of strong links with key event partners such as BT, Eurosport & Bloomberg Television and industry leaders including FIFA, the FA, FC Barcelona, Arsenal, the NBA, Nike, the BBC, the IRB, the ICC, YouTube, adidas, the ECB, FIFA, Volvo Ocean Race, IMG, Fast Track, professional athletes & many more.
