Under my leadership, Localgiving Foundation has grown to be one of the largest UK grant giving charities in the UK, powered by the Localgiving fundraising platform (Localgiving.org). We have recently overtaken Virgin in total annual grants distributed.Localgiving Foundation is a leading funder and fundraising platform for local groups and charities. We have deployed tens of millions in funding to local charities. We are currently in the process of giving away £5M in cash grants for those facing fuel poverty this winter, working with National Grid.

I sold my business to Access, the UK's largest tech company (with HQ in the UK). Joyful approximately doubled the size of Access’ not-for-profit division. I joined senior leadership to integrate my company Joyful to be a seamless part of the wider company.

Belarus Free Theatre is an international renowned refugee-led theatre company and peaceful arts movement, challenging dictatorships and standing up for free speech. I chaired a board, which included Michael Attenborough, Sam West and Jude Law, with Tom Stoppard as our key patron.Banned in Belarus, we are now based at the Young Vic and perform at leading venues around the world such as The Globe Theatre. While I was Chair, a key purpose was to raise global awareness of the probability of a Ukrainian invasion before it happened.We perform shows (e.g. Burning Doors staring Masha from Pussy Riot), produce festivals (e.g. Staging a Revolution staring David Gilmore from Pink Floyd), train citizen journalists and artists (collaborating with artists such as Al Wei Wei) and organise mass protests.

Joyful (joyful.org) is the market-leading website, marketing and fundraising software company for charities in Europe and Australasia.Joyful was successfully acquired by the Access Group in May 2019 at which point it was a high growth, profitable company with 70 staff and over 1000 clients raising tens of millions of pounds every year through our tools.Joyful's SaaS tools include a Google Grant AI tool, robotic website creator and a full CMS, fundraising and marketing suite.

Hubbub is a leading UK environmental charity, motivating mass activism around environmental campaigns, targeting ethical fashion, sustainable food, neighbourhood sharing and household energy.Hubbub runs mass participation campaigns like Pumpkin Rescue (saving 1500 double decker busses full of Pumpkins ending in landfill after halloween), Ballot Bin (voting with your cigarette butt on timely things like the elections) and A Street That's Shared (community fridges and sharing resources with neighbours).
