Everything in it's right place. I and my team were in charge of knowing where all the inventory was all the time. We received thousands of pounds of deliveries each week and painstakingly planned where everything will live for a couple weeks, until we changed it all to make room for the next thing. It's fast paced and non-stop and if you're not multitasking you're not doing it right. I took pride in being a resource to my team and my store by being someone that they came to when they had a problem that needs a solution. I daily made sure that the customer journey was as good as it could be by accounting for all inventory and investigating any variances or bottlenecks that I could see that are impacting the customer, both external and internal. I love strategy and a good puzzle and I got that every day as an Operations Specialist at Apple.

Bass players are the unsung heroes (pun intended) of the music world. We are usually the ones with the least equipment but the most responsibility. I was the backbone of the band musically, emotionally, logistically, realistically and existentially. Always knowing the logistics of our travel or the details of a show or constantly keeping everyone on schedule earned me the title of "Band Dad", which I wore proudly. I was also the "merch guy" which meant that I got to organize, count, package, store and manage all things pertaining to our merchandise. I built a website and managed our e-commerce presence, shipping out order after order and finding the most efficient way to do so.My responsibilities included, but were not limited to: bass player, keyboard player, BGVs, logistics supervisor, merchandise manager, tour manager, decision maker, point of contact, through-the-night driver and time lord. What an experience it is to be in a band!

I was in charge of hiring, scheduling and managing a team of 40+ photographers for school picture days for 80+ schools throughout San Diego and Orange counties. I planned the schedule for each school's picture day and was in charge of keeping to that schedule as best as possible through constant communication with teachers and staff.
