I currently oversee more than twenty International Inside Sales Representatives for HP Inc, one of the world's leading technology companies.In my current role, I am responsible for the sales performance and growth of HP's Global Accounts, a unique set of HP's largest corporate accounts, across Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific regions. I lead, coach, and motivate my team to deliver exceptional customer service, generate revenue, and exceed quota targets. I also collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to create and execute strategic account plans, drive innovation, and optimize customer satisfaction. Some of my achievements include growing the international team from 10 to nearly 40 account managers, expanding my responsibility to global markets, and achieving 129% of quota and 58% year-over-year growth in FY22.
