Over the Summer of 2022, I worked with the Global Operations Enablement Team at Jones Lang Lasalle in Chicago, IL. While learning about the work this team is responsible for, I was able to work on several projects including:-Organized and maintained internal assets used for testing and release of a new JLL technology.-Generated training resources and documentation for the launch of Financial Force JLL in EMEA.-Collaborated in the vendor search and selection of a new marketing technology to streamline email communications

While starting as food runner and working my way up to a server, I maintained communication between the kitchen and front of restaurant. I managed customers from greeting to payment while also transporting finished food throughout the restaurant. I also maintained and cleaned a section of 6-7 tables throughout the night.

I was a head coach for a 11U travel baseball team. I coached in 17 games and even more practices. I was also involved with the process of creating a working schedule during the COVID-19 pandemic. I was trusted with the safety protocol of sanitizing all equipment for the team. Managing the team taught me many lessons in leadership, time management, and communication.
