While working at Lundberg Farm Service I mainly was used as a laborer with an evolving role into more crop production management.I worked a very flexible with short 30 hr weeks at times and long 50 hr weeks at times. During those work weeks I would also at times work weekends when necessary. With the evolving role I attended more Seed Kickoff meetings for the new selling years coming up. Along with that I gained better knowledge on the products that are sold with hopes to learn how to become a future salesman.
