My name is Lunga Dlamini, a 29-year-old aspiring professional Quantity Surveyor.I hold a Bachelor of Technology degree majoring in Quantity Surveying. I have a comprehensive background in Quantity Surveying and Construction Management and my emphasis is on both the Private practice and contracting domain.I am skilled in construction estimating, tender documentation, producing bills of quantities, monthly valuations, site re-measurement and on construction drawings, evaluating and assessing claims submitted by subcontractors in respect of the value of work done and progress payments, assessing variation order and pricing site instructions with cost implications, and final accounts. I have more than 4 years of solid experience in the construction industry working as a Quantity Surveyor. I have gained my full confidence and knowledge to carry out most of the Quantity Surveying related duties.My immediate goal is to work in an environment that will facilitate the gaining of additional experience required for my registration as a professional Quantity Surveyor.
