Hello my name is Lydia Porter and as an energetic HR generalist, I strive to effectively and efficiently apply the knowledge I've learned to strategically manage all functions of HR. Through various jobs and elected positions I have had experience in tasks like recruiting, marketing, interviewing, data management and analysis in HRIS systems such as ADP and Taleo, creating and leading training programs (including needs analysis), administering climate surveys, tracking systems in Excel, planning budgets, developing a mentor program, creating an employee handbook and job descriptions, and compiling documentation for the SHRM Merit Award.
