Product Engagement Manager
Current• Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop engagement plans for new and existing APH products.• Lead cross-functional teams through the process of building engagement campaigns from start to finish; publishing the annual product catalog; leveraging internal support; and driving collaboration between members of APH’s educational product research, technical product research, outreach, communications and creative services, and sales teams.• Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies, including reviewing all feedback obtained through field and expert testing of APH products.• Advocate for and assure the highest accessibility standards in all internal and external communication from APH.
