CurrentAmerican Printing House for the Blind has operated since 1858 as the world’s largest nonprofit organization creating accessible learning experiences through educational, workplace, and independent living products and services for people who are blind or low vision.I oversee cross-functional projects, coordinate project activities from concept to launch, and ensure on-time delivery of web enhancements, user story implementations, and iterative bug fixes.Key responsibilities include:- Organizing and managing all phases of projects, including business and software requirements, project plans, and tracking- Assembling and coordinating project team members, facilitating effective communication and collaboration- Coordinating new project initiation and stakeholder engagement, translating strategic plans into team objectives and milestones- Performing project analyses, preparing and publishing monthly Sprint plans, project dashboards, and retrospectives- Provide direction and coordination to ensure project deadlines are met, monitoring schedule and technical performance of multiple projects- Facilitate Scrum & workshop meetings and advise project teams on project management standards, quality outcomes, and risks- Monitor and enforce project management standards to ensure the delivery of innovative and high-quality products
