As a Communication Project Lead, Lydia manages and co-created the Communications Department fiscal year budget of $1million. Within the confines of this budget, she project manages small to large scale events ranging from 15-750 Home Care Aide attendees whom all receive training, retirement and health benefits from SEIU 775 Benefits Group. In order to provide quality and successful projects, Lydia partners with external and internal stakeholders and manage vendor relationships. Lydia launches and tracks communication / social media campaigns to create awareness of pilot programs and Home Care Aide recruitment opportunities. She pioneered a successful rolled-out for the organization's Google intranet site and works to debug and update the WP Engine hosted homepage site. In addition to communicating out monthly Google Analytics reports.

Lydia successfully worked on the Bruce Harrell Campaign (Seattle City Council District 2) and conducted and trained new volunteers in phone banking and door-to-door voter communication. She also responded to the questions and concerns from citizens of District 2. She supported with the set-up and attended all campaign events i.e. Fireside Chats, Community Debate Forums and Community Ceremonies.

Project managed and coordinated large automotive retail promotional marketing events for BWM of Beverly Hill, BMW of Long Beach and several other clients. Hired and developed partnerships with vendors throughout Southern California. Shipped, tracked and managed promotional inventory with third-party companies. Lydia initiated and carried out social media campaigns with an audience reach of 150,000. She also created all socail media channel and designed website content creation which created a 25% increase of business for the organization.
