I have worked extensively providing independent HR and selection advice for Queensland Government agencies and Brisbane City Council. I have assisted with selections for managerial, professional, technical and administrative positions at all levels, including SES. In particular, I have worked with clients to develop specialised job knowledge tests, work samples and structured interview processes.
