I have worked extensively providing independent HR and selection advice for Queensland Government agencies and Brisbane City Council. I have assisted with selections for managerial, professional, technical and administrative positions at all levels, including SES. In particular, I have worked with clients to develop specialised job knowledge tests, work samples and structured interview processes. My strong organisational and analytical skills have been particularly helpful in the management of large scale selection exercises to achieve timely outcomes. My theoretical and practical knowledge and experience in public sector recruitment and selection processes is highly valued.My professional and research interests are in the area of organisational theory, organisational behaviour, and organisational change and development. I have strong research skills, particularly in qualitative methodologies, and my knowledge and experience in a range of interviewing techniques is well developed.
