Delivering the new Store Network throughout the Lower North Island .Responsibile for the successful constructural delivery of 13 X Design 3 stores which refrubished old/ tired existing sites including balancing the needs of some Historic sites. Involved with budget, design feedback, communication,and manging building solutions to ensure quality, financial operational targets were met and assisting the projects’ overall objectives and national strategies were maintained. Tasked with building effective relationships with external and internal partners.Manage all aspects of constructural delivery, the review of drawings,programming, financial performance of the project, site meetings, stakeholder management and ultimately the delivery of time constrained with commercial success and client satisfactionManaging teamss of internaland external relationships, maintaining an overview of the performance Strong negotiation and client management skills complemented with excellent commercial acumen and budget management. Implementation of project and delivery management controls Develop and implement project lifetime operational plans and managing delivery solutions to ensure that each build, project and contracts were delivered on time, within budget and to a high quality. Asses and control the financial cost of the build including the quality management of Contractor Issued Changes, Agree changes to builds, schedules and designs ensuring all changes are within tolerances of the programme management – changes may relate to specification, timescale, finance, outputs, delivery methods.
