    LYNETTE OWENS began her career with Walt Disney World in Sales in Lake Buena Vista Florida, responsible for opening the company's first Regional Sales Office at Disneyland,California, and Dallas, TX. During her employment with Walt Disney World she was responsible for the Insurance & Financial markets. After nearly 15 years with Walt Disney World, she joined George Graves as VP of Sales specializing in the Life Insurance Incentive market. Throughout her career she has built a reputation in the Industry for her contacts and high profile within the Insurance market. Lynette served as Pres. of the Dallas Chapter of Meeting Planners International, VP Membership and was nominated as Supplier of the Year. She was on the Bd of Directors of Sales/Marketing Executives Intl. in Dallas where she was chosen as Board Member of the Year, also awarded the "Red Jacket Award" for recruitment of the most new members. Lynette was a chosen panelist at FICP as well as co-hosting a Workshop during the LIMRA Group/Pension Conference on “Motivating Your Sales Force”. She has served on the Industry Partners (HIP) Committee for Insurance Conference Planners Assn, and former member of the LIMRA Supplier Committee, as well as former Pres. of the Board of Directors of the Old Mission San Luis Rey, one of California’s original Historical Missions, and served as CFO of the Foundation. In addition Lynette serves as Executive Director of the Financial Leadership Forum, Inc. She is an active member of MPI International and HSMAI. Her wide experience, knowledge of the industry and the ability to create results through marketing and sales programs are the basis for her developing LYNETTE OWENS & ASSOCIATES.

I was responsible for developing the Insurance Incentive market for the WDW hotels. In 1983 moved to CA and opened the first Regional Sales office for WDW at Disneyland. Two years later, opeing the second Regional Sales office in Dallas Texas. Each of these positions continued to be sales in the Insurance and Financial Services market. I opened my own company in 1989 in Palos Verdes, CA which specialized in insurance incentives for a small group of independent upscale resorts. In 2008 - company transitioned to complete and full incentive travel company, managing and facilitating Insurance and Financial Services Incentive programs Worldwide.
