Designed and implemented off the shelf and custom courses Conducted training analysis with HR and Business Unit leaders to create content including job aids, handouts, manuals, and courses. Measured training effectiveness using data collection tools to improve training and implement employee feedback into leaders’ development plans. Trained leaders on IDP’s and performance management Best Practices. Created courses, registered participants, closed courses, and created training reports in Cornerstone LMS system. Created learning content using PowerPoint, Articulate, and Audacity authoring tools. Maintained knowledge of HR and EEO local, state, and federal laws to keep content current.
