Responsible for developing and implementing account specific plans with strategies and tactics designed to meet or exceed Client/Cartus objectives. • Responsible for building the relationship with all assigned accounts using internal/external resources through client visitation, consultative interactions and solving problems.• Responsible for planning and executing account negotiations, and generating revenue opportunities using all internal and external resources. • Drives client and Cartus philosophies, process improvements internally and externally.• Responsible for overlaying assigned client accounts into Cartus organization as well as assigned new account start-ups. • Strong sales and influencing skills, assuring Cartus’ position to be the solution provider of choice.• Creates an environment that fosters team effectiveness and cooperation, as well as motivation and professional growth.• Works with Director to continuously develop overall team performance, company metrics/initiatives, effectively utilizing team resources and implementing improvements.

• Supports Director and Manager in day-to-day business activities, including facilitating staff meetings, performing file audits, managing caseload distribution and client/team specific duties • Ensure team compliance with Cartus corporate policies, programs, and standards • Lead team by modeling exceptional customer service and driving Top Block initiatives. • Serve as role model to develop team effectiveness• Compile, analyze, and deliver data from Cartus internal departments • Maintain and enhance relationships with Cartus internal departments and external suppliers/partners in regards to meeting and exceeding client needs • Track policy exceptions and communicate trending to management, client and staff • Facilitate team meetings and huddles • Assist management team in staff recruitment, selection, training, coaching, mentoring and performance management• Participate in special projects as needed, including client presentations, and client/supplier training
