Create & manage business metrics to measure overall performance, root cause analysis of performance & drive corrective action.• Lead & Support E-Commerce initiatives to drive Product Availability, Inventory Productivity & Cost Productivity. • Responsible for business cases & ROI justifications for initiatives such as Capital Requests & Business Model Alternatives• Responsible for supporting/managing the field operations & performance management of the order fulfillment process for product ordered on the .com websites & shipped from distribution centers & stores.• Mange fulfillment center projects, assisting with business analysis & development of fulfillment tools to measure & hold accountable our internal/external fulfillment partners.• Develops & implements programs, procedures & SOP’s to improve the efficiency of the fulfillment process.• Liaison between external partners & internal stakeholders to support operational & cost execution decisions for product launch & run business operations.
