At Laboratories for Molecular Medicine, I participated in Cancer Biology research in the El-Deiry Lab. Some of the work I performed there included examining drug effects on cancerous cells using biological techniques including cell culture, cell tighter glow experiments for viability, and Western blotting. In addition to this, I also participated in the inspection of in-vivo specimens using surgical techniques to analyze the effects of cancerous tumors and anti-cancer drugs.
