Management of a program in which Oslo Municipality focused on improving operational stability and more efficient operations. This program had four main areas• Established a new data center: build data center and move all solutions from an existing data center to the new one• Replaced old solutions with more standardized components, approx. 2000 servers and over 1000 old solutions were phased out• Reviewed and improved interaction & cooperation with different suppliers• Established and improved solutions within the central infrastructure and applications, including storage, central network, AD, Exchange, Citrix, VmWare, virtualization, WIN10, miscellaneous rollups and security solutions.In addition, lead of a project to establish a solution for mobile phones (EMM - Enterprise Mobility Management) for patient management in the Health Service.The program delivered with almost 100 % precision and according to plans.

During the preparation of one of the largest bids in the Norwegian market, prepared plans and implementation strategies for realizing the program which was based on a global resourcing model. Participation in negotiations and dialog with the customer. Formation and management of pre-project.

This program assessed and evaluated different concepts and chose to procure IT services as "a service". In 2012, the solutions were implemented at Aibel's offices in Norway, Asia and England. IT delivery organization underwent a major transformation.

NAV aims to have in-house project management skills and develop promising resources with such a role in the organization.

The Norwegian Labour and Welfare Service were established on 1 July 2006. Social services in the municipalities and the Service together make up the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration (NAV). This has been one of the largest administrative reforms in recent times.As Chief project manager for ITC, my role has been to establish standard ICT solutions and implement the solutions (data, communication, telephone systems) in all NAV offices in Norway. The project has been a huge success, where 100 % of deliveries have occurred according to the plans. About the project conclude the research program in the NTNU (Norwegian Technical University), the Concept, "as a whole the implementation of the project is very successful" and further "the agency (NAV) has been very pleased with the project management".
