Overall support & maintenance of METRO Customer Website (Metro/Makro multisite for 25+ countries) based on new Sitecore CMX platform for major client METRO SYSTEMS GmbH.As a part of my support activities I was also providing on-site trainings to introduce and teach local Metro/Makro branches how to effectively use the new solution (held trainings in France, Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Romania, India, China...).I prefer easy and effective approaches, therefore together with my team I have designed, tested and applied new Sitecore security concept for the whole solution. Besides significantly reduced time necessary for creating new user accounts the new concept offers unlimited possibilities of creating dedicated profiles with access to various parts of the website while having all settings transparent and well-arranged.

As Scrum Master I managed to support multiple development teams by removing impediments and sticking to agile principles. It was essential to develop the "we're all in this together" team spirit which lead into strong dedication of every single team member resulting in delivery of valuable business increment per each sprint.As a UX Consultant I supervised creation of the concepts and wireframes for each project as well as the final designs.
