PPC operations, strategy, and content support were the main objectives in this position with the USCCA's operations Paid Advertising team. Duties included content design, optimization, strategy, account management, and keyword research across Google, Facebook, Media Buys, and YouTube. This was an analytic-heavy copy position, which allowed me to dive into the optimization and testing of content and ad sets within the Google Adwords and Facebook Business Manager platforms.

In this role, I've had the pleasure of contributing to this marketing company’s high-output copy demands. Areas of work included email campaign creation, CTR and conversion optimization, subject line and preheader A/B testing, analytics, query development, in-team editorial work, and heavy cross-team communication and project management. This was a data-driven team that trained me to keep the complete UX top of mind while developing content and journeys. In my almost four years with the law offices of Hupy and Abraham I was honored to provide services that spanned copywriting, contract negotiations, OS team management, events management, media and PR, project management, and business analytics. Most notably my content-related duties included blog/SEO copy delivery, newsletter development, ad copy and design, in-house and commercial scripts, email blast creation and campaign management, direct mail creation, and collateral collaboration. During this time I led a team of 21 powersports business representatives across three states, helping them to consistently hit or exceed annual KPIs. Additionally I managed onsite event promotional staff (typically teams of 4-6), event setup and project management, vendor relations, and negotiating annual powersports event and business contracts with our partners across Wisconsin, Illinois, and Iowa. Leverage an upbringing in the maritime industry to serve as manager for yachts in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This was a fun and challenging post-college position, during which I was tasked with hiring, team management, event coordinating, budget management, inventory management, transport, guest care, and occasionally vessel maintenance!

At MU I was honored to co-author published research pieces for the Psychology department, along with providing research transcription services as well.
