Duties include: Data aggregation, analysis and reporting, website maintenance, social media creation and maintenance, office technical support, video conferencing support, technical/manual writing, event planning, administrative support for the Student Appeals and Academic Standards Committees, event planning, liaising with University Relations, and other tasks and duties as assigned. Accomplishments include: Arranged for the purchase and implementation of Sedona – A faculty activity tracking program that consolidates the scholarship, teaching and service activities of all SHPS faculty into one database for easy reporting and improvement of the promotion and tenure process. Assist with the overall planning and execution of the SHPS Health Perspectives Event every year. Create the initial digitized health records for the Urban Health and Wellness Center, provided data analysis of patient demographics for the Urban Health and Wellness Center. Represented SHPS in the initial meetings with Ann Arbor about implementing Salesforce CRM.
